When you book online or contact us, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, service address, job notes, preferred appointment window, and payment-related details needed to process a deposit or booking fee.

Payment card data is processed by our payment provider (Stripe when live keys are configured, or a local mock checkout in development). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We also collect technical data such as browser type, general device information, pages visited, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP address. If you switch language (EN / RU / HY), we store your preference in a cookie and local storage.

Optional analytics may record events such as phone-number clicks and booking completions. First-party analytics are stored in our database. If Google Analytics or Plausible is configured, those providers may receive similar event data under their own policies.
